Responsible for the accurate financial data pertaining to the operations of the casino.
Essential Job Functions:
Excellent internal/external guest service;
Ensure that the financial policies and procedures are followed;
Review financial data on a regular basis to ensure accuracy;
Lead the accounting staff in performing accounting duties;
Prepare financial data in accordance with company standards;
Manages staff in Casino Accounting, Financial Accounting, AP, Count Room and Payroll Departments;
Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork between employees and other department employees;
Interviews, Hires, disciplines and terminates employees according to policy and procedures;
Ensures that all compliance rules and regulations are met;
Responsible for annual budgeting, audit and tax preparation;
Other reasonable duties as assigned.
