Are you a people person looking for a way to give back to our nations heroes? Would you like the opportunity to increase the quality and access to healthcare they have earned? We are looking for friendly, customer service focused volunteers to make calls to Veteran patients and confirm if they were able to attend their scheduled appointments with community providers. Volunteers will have a spread sheet with the contact information and a place to annotate the response from the Veteran or if they were not able to reach the Veteran. All volunteers will be trained on how to make the calls, the "script" they can go off of to explain the reason for the call and to gather the information.

• Must be courteous, friendly, and display a caring attitude
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
• Present a neat and clean appearance
• Be able to walk and stand
• Be punctual and professional
• Training and instructions will be provided by supervisor or designee
