Join our Facilities team as an Upholsterer, where your craftsmanship and attention to detail help preserve the comfort, appearance, and overall integrity of our property. From restoring worn furniture to repairing upholstery on walls and gaming tables, your skilled hands will bring new life to vital guest-facing elements throughout the resort. Working with precision and care, you will ensure every repair reflects our commitment to quality, safety, and exceptional presentation.

The starting rate: $24.22 an hour

The schedule:

• Full Time | Day Shift
• Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Off | Saturday & Sunday

The day-to-day:

• Identify upholstery repair needs, including adjustments, replacements, and restorations
• Perform routine to complex repairs on furniture, walls, and table games throughout the property
• Strip, restyle, reline, and reupholster furniture using proper techniques and materials
• Measure, cut, sew, and fit fabric, padding, and linings to ensure a professional finish
• Operate hand and power tools safely to complete work efficiently and accurately
• Maintain detailed logs of completed work and assignments from Dispatch or Management
• Stay current on upholstery techniques and repair methods
• Monitor property conditions and report any unusual or unsafe situations to leadership
• Uphold cleanliness, safety standards, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a High School Diploma or GED
• Exhibits 1+ years of prior relevant experience as an Upholsterer, stripping and installing new layouts on table games and repairing or re-upholstering chairs, sofas, and upholstered wall panels
• Demonstrates knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques used in upholstery repair
