Kitchen Equipment Cleaner

Overview: Responsible for providing the restaurant with clean china, tableware, cookware, and all the other equipment needed.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and washing all kitchen equipment, pots, and pans.
• Cleaning, washing, and storing all china, silverware, and glasses using the dishwasher.
• Delivering stock from the receiving department and storing it.
• Taking out kitchen trash, including but not limited to grease and food particles from garbage disposals.
• Cleaning floors in the kitchen area and cookers.
• Ensuring the safety and security of all employees and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the needs of the company.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• On the job training available.
