The Customer Service Consultant (CSC) plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to customers seeking assistance, information, or guidance. This position involves effective research related to myBlue, pharmacy, enrollment, billing, benefits, and claims inquiries, with a focus on achieving first call resolution for each customer.

As a CSC, you will connect with each customer interaction, addressing their initial concerns and providing personalized information tailored to their unique healthcare needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Proficient computer skills and successful completion of all call center training levels.
  • Strong active listening skills to fully understand members' issues.
