Sales/Finance Manager

Pat Peck Honda is part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a qualified Sales/Finance Manager to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guide customers through sales process: demonstrate vehicles, negotiate, and close deals
2. Manage financing: loan approvals, present options, ensure compliance
3. Present financing options and related products (warranties, GAP insurance)
4. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards; maintain lender relationships
5. Maintain strong customer relationships and high satisfaction scores
6. Complete accurate paperwork and provide performance reports

Qualifications:

• Automotive experience required with a proven track record of good CSI and strong performance
• Proficient in operating a personal computer, including Microsoft Office (Email, Excel, Word)
• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written formats
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and thrive in a process-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all paperwork and reporting
• Great attitude with a high-energy personality and excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant experience preferred
• Valid driver's license in the state of employment with a good driving record
