Community Bank
The Community Bank Customer Service Specialist (CSS) interacts with bank customers through calls to the Customer Service Center (CSC) daily. Must provide excellent customer service, problem solving, multi-tasking, telephone etiquette, attention to detail, and oral communication. Will be available to assist customers with a wide variety of functions and possess knowledge of all bank products. Must fully understand and adhere to federal and state laws and bank policies. CSC hours extend until 7 pm and Saturday schedules. CSS reports to assigned supervisor or bank manager.
