Dynata owns and manages a 60M+ member online community of consumers and professionals, globally. By engaging community members to exchange their personal data and opinions for valuable rewards, Dynata is the largest provider of first party consumer insights to leading Market Research agencies, consulting firms and corporate brands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ideate new product features in collaboration with inBrains Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams
2. Structure holistic briefs and wireframes for those features
3. Present briefs to the Product leadership
4. Ensure development team has all resources needed to build out features (designs, translations, scope of work, etc.)
5. Analyze the results of the new feature releases in rollouts and in A/B tests

Qualifications:

1. Knowledge & Experience with UX
2. Knowledge & Experience with wireframing and developing tech briefs or product specs
3. Familiarity with both B2B and B2C products is nice to have
4. Must be proficient in Excel
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this position is $65-70K/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
