Customer Care Representative

Location: Gulfport, MS 39501
Duration: 12 months
Pay range: $18-$21/hr

Responsibilities

Provide world?class customer service to customers who pay their bills at payment offices. Interactions are face?to?face and drive?through in an office setting similar to a bank. The candidate must be personable, energetic, and maintain a pleasant smile.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Positive attitude, confident, and outgoing
• Professional appearance, well groomed, confident, exhibits initiative
• Computer literate, comfortable typing, and cash handling (count money accurately)
• Excellent time?management skills
• Coachable, respectful of management, and receptive to feedback
• Kind, compassionate, with understanding of confidentiality and adherence to policies
• Valid transportation and ability to pass background check
