$130,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

A highly efficient, team-oriented law firm is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of complex litigation coverage experience to join their growing team. This role focuses 100% on complex coverage litigation and involves high-level casework, research, filings, and client interactions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, team player, and proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000 / year DOE

Associate Attorney Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload with complex litigation coverage matters
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and case summaries
• Handle court filings and deadlines efficiently
• Collaborate with senior attorneys, including case strategy development and litigation support
• Assist in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation as needed
• Maintain client communication and grow into a client-facing role
  
  

Associate Attorney Requirements

• Active CA Bar license
• 2-5 years of experience in complex defense litigation coverage
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Westlaw and Epic is a plus
• Trial experience is highly preferred
