The Spa Concierge will be responsible for the reception area at the spa including greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, make spa/salon appointments, process guests checking in and out of the spa, cater to guest needs, escort guests to locker rooms and/or treatment rooms.

Position Requirements

Must be 21 years of age with a High School diploma or GED. Must possess at least 6 months experience in front line guest service in a spa, salon medical spa, retail or front desk. Employment within a hotel environment or spa preferred
