Job Details

Oversees daily operations and staff of the Biloxi domestic violence emergency shelter. Ensures high-quality client services, compliance with facility and grant requirements, and a trauma-informed, healing-centered environment. Provides individual and group counseling to residential and nonresidential survivors of domestic violence.

Full-Time 40-hour work week Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with the exception of one day of the week being 10:00 am-7:00 pm. Some evening and weekend work may be required.

Salary: $60,000 per year

Requirements

Minimum requirement of a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related discipline from an accredited program and possess license to practice in Mississippi. Minimum of two (2) years of related credentialed experience and ONE (1) year of supervisory experience.
