ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CCL, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH (REMOTE)

Join CCL Hospitality Group, a division of Compass Group USA, as an Associate Director of Business Development Behavioral Health. This remote position offers a base salary of $90,000 $115,000 plus commissions, with travel required 20?50% of the time. The ideal candidate resides in the Central Time Zone or near a major airport.

In this role you will support the sales team for national Behavioral Health prospects, collaborate with Directors of Business Development throughout the sales cycle, and grow the CCL Hospitality portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CRM database, ensuring accurate, timely records.
• Identify key targets and new business opportunities.
• Conduct extensive research on key targets.
• Develop and execute a prospecting strategy, including collateral, campaigns, and related materials.
• Support deal/proposal development in collaboration with subject?matter experts (site tours, creative writing, pricing strategy, financial modeling).
• Assist in the contract process.
• Travel as needed (20?50% of the time).

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree required.
• Experience in a business development role within the food service or hospitality industry preferred.
• Desire to learn and grow, eventually progressing to a Director of Business Development.
• Ability to build and foster relationships at all levels.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, CRM databases, Excel).
• High energy, positive attitude, and excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Flexible and able to shift priorities with ease.
• Strong time?management and multi?tasking skills.
• Resourceful and proactive.
• Excellent listening skills and commitment to continual learning.
