Summary
Exciting Commission-Based Role for Licensed Real Estate Agents
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic real estate team as a vital contributor. The ideal candidate will oversee property management responsibilities while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Core tasks include managing property listings, assisting with lease paperwork, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. Possession of a valid Texas Real Estate License is required.
Responsibilities
- Transform team-generated listing leads into scheduled appointments.
- Implement our established method to turn expired listings and FSBOs into appointments.
- Advise sellers on the benefits our team offers to achieve the highest sale price for their home.
- Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program.
- Engage in team activities in accordance with team standards.
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
- Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, home staging, and other listing-related services.
- Negotiate offers effectively on behalf of your sellers.
- Maintain records of activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology.
- You possess a natural drive and competitive edge in sales
