Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our Innovation & Technology Solutions (ITS) department. This individual will play a critical role in the administration, support, and optimization of various SaaS platforms, ensuring seamless operation across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SaaS systems outlined below and any new systems added to our technology stack. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain multiple SaaS systems, including but not limited to those outlined above.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and system configurations to ensure data security and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular system audits and perform upgrades, patches, and updates in collaboration with vendors.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, resolve technical problems, and escalate vendor support cases as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline processes, and implement enhancements to improve system performance.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to system processes, configurations, and policies.
  • Provide training and support to end users, ensuring effective utilization of SaaS tools.
  • Monitor system performance and generate analytics and reports for business insights and decision-making.
  • Stay updated on SaaS trends and recommend new technologies or improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • 3+ years of experience administering and managing SaaS platforms, with strong familiarity in: NetSuite, Suite Projects Pro / OpenAir, and Concur.
  • Proficient in system configuration, workflows, and data integrations between SaaS platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Highly responsive to stakeholder needs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices is a plus.
