Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation of initial product concepts for potential partnerships.
Identify and network with external partners for collaborative product solutions.
Set strategic direction and innovate the product development roadmap.
Collaborate with internal teams to launch new products.
Develop business plans and make investment recommendations for new areas.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8 years of experience in product development, particularly in insurance.
4 years of leadership experience.
Strong analytical skills for pricing and business case development.
Experience with retirement-related products is a plus.
