Korn Ferry is actively recruiting a Real Estate Attorney with 4 years of experience. Our client is a full-service, mid-size law firm based in Westchester County.

This Commercial Real Estate Attorney will represent sophisticated commercial real estate and corporate transactions on behalf of investment institutions, developers, entrepreneurs, landlords, home builders, lenders, borrowers, manufacturers, commercial and not-for-profit organizations, public-private partnerships and governmental entities -

• Sales and acquisitions of all types of properties
• Commercial and residential development
• Office and retail leasing
• Mortgage and asset-backed lending
• Construction loans

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current NY Bar admission, in good standing
• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Must have at least 4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Excellent legal research and writing skills are required

Compensation:

Base salary ranging from $175K-200K, depending on overall experience, plus 100% paid medical insurance

New Rochelle, NY 77062/Hybrid (4 days in office/Friday remote)
