Position Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
  • Build, lead, and scale the marketing organization across brand, product marketing, demand generation, content, events, and communications
  • Define positioning, messaging, and narrative across all channels and audiences
  • Drive pipeline and revenue impact through integrated, data-driven demand-generation programs
  • Oversee development of sales enablement materials, product one-pagers, customer stories, and thought leadership
  • Lead tradeshow and conference strategy across key healthcare and SaaS industry events
  • Establish marketing KPIs, analytics, budget ownership, and ROI measurement
  • Manage agencies, contractors, and external partners as needed
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure tight alignment across go-to-market initiatives
  • Act as a member of the leadership team, contributing to company strategy and growth planning
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with healthcare or digital health experience strongly preferred
  • Proven success leading and scaling marketing teams in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
  • Strong background across product marketing, demand generation, brand, content, and digital marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to connect marketing strategy to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Excellent storytelling, positioning, and executive-level communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort owning metrics, budgets, and performance reporting
  • Hands-on, startup-ready leader with high ownership, fast execution, and comfort operating with ambiguity
Compensation $240k
