We are looking for a specialist who will work within a multidisciplinary team to design, configure, and implement Salesforce-based solutions. The role involves gathering and refining requirements, supporting architectural assessments,coordinating UAT and production deployments, and ensuring seamless adoption ofnew tools and processes. This consultant will contribute to enterprise-leveldigital transformation programs, driving efficiency and value for clientsworldwide.
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Systems Analysis,Business Analysis, Computing Systems Analysis and Design, IT Management, orInformation Systems and Analytics;
• Minimum 6 years of experience as aBusiness Analyst, including participation in at least three large-scaleSalesforce Field Service Lightning implementations;
• Strong understanding of Salesforcearchitecture and integration of business processes;
• Experience translating businessrequirements into functional designs;
• Excellent analytical, communication,and problem-solving skills;
• Experience working in multidisciplinaryand international project teams;
• Salesforce certifications required:Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Consultant,Field Service Consultant, Manufacturing Cloud Accredited Professional, TableauCRM, Einstein Discovery Consultant;
• Continuous learning mindset andproactive approach to professional development
Responsibilities:
• Analyze, document, and optimizebusiness processes inclose collaboration with stakeholders;
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, andworking sessions togather and refine detailed business requirements;
• Translate business needs into userstories, functionalspecifications, and system recommendations;
• Work with Salesforce technical teams toassessarchitecture and ensure alignment with business objectives;
• Support solution design, configuration,testing, UATcoordination, and production deployment;
• Maintain documentation for processes,configurations, andchange management initiatives;
• Develop training materials and userguides to ensuresuccessful adoption of new tools;
• Actively participate in Agileceremonies, includingbacklog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, andretrospectives.
