DevOps Support Engineer
The DevOps Support Engineer will join a high-performing DevOps team in a fast-paced, evolving environment, helping build, support, and maintain critical cloud infrastructure for a growing development organization. This role is for someone with a solid technical foundation who's eager to assist the DevOps team with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and application hosting in the Azure environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Support and maintain cloud environments, including Azure App Services, networking, and application hosting
Assist in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines across multiple applications
Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth deployments and consistent environments
Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and assist with incident triage and resolution
Investigate and troubleshoot infrastructure or deployment issues, escalating when necessary
Support user access requests, configuration changes, and environment setup
Contribute to documentation of systems, workflows, and operational procedures
Identify areas for automation or improvement and assist in implementing solutions
Participate in team standups and syncs to stay aligned with DevOps priorities

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
1-3 years of experience in IT, cloud, or DevOps environments
Experience working with Azure cloud services, app hosting, or similar platforms
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and the software development lifecycle

Technical Skills:
Understanding cloud networking, load balancing, and security fundamentals
Scripting experience (PowerShell or Python)
Working knowledge of deployment automation and environment management
Understanding how modern applications are deployed, hosted, and maintained in cloud environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Soft Skills:
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Strong communication; able to interact effectively with technical and non-technical users
Proactive learner with curiosity for cloud and DevOps technologies
Analytical mindset with initiative to improve systems and processes

Full time - half the time over US hours
