A well-established, growth-oriented insurance brokerage in the Kansas City market is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid role offering strong work-life balance, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to work on a stable, diverse book of business.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and service a middle-market commercial P&C book
• Partner closely with Producers and internal teams to deliver exceptional client service
• Prepare submissions, market accounts, and negotiate with carrier partners
• Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, invoicing, and coverage reviews
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
• Participate in client meetings as needed (virtual or in-person)

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of Commercial P&C account management experience
• Strong technical knowledge of coverages, carriers, and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of service
• Missouri P&C license (or ability to obtain)
