Seeking a highly motivated individual to join our company in New York City.

The candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and enthusiastic personality and be eager to grow. Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and with a strong team spirit.

POSITION DUTIES

• Generate Monthly and Daily Inventory reports
• Assist Back office and Sales team on any inventory/production related inquiries
• Assist CFO with reporting requests
• Assist Controller with month end closures
• Various Data review and consolidation activities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Educational background in accounting is a plus
• 1 year of related experience
• Skilled in the use of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, at an intermediate level (vlookup, pivot is a must)
• Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written
• Ability to quickly adapt to change
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with accuracy
• Skilled in working with arithmetic and mathematical concepts.
• Strong time management abilities
• Effective problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
