Job Summary:
The Speech Language Pathologist provides therapy services and education to patient, patient's family and staff to prevent and treat disability following disease, injury or other cause. The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates, plans, provides treatment and collaborates with others to optimize functional recovery and minimize disability.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
Licensure: Valid Mississippi Speech Language Pathologist license. Must have a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) - AHSA certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: At least one (1) year experience in hospital based setting.
