In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring the functionality of our website and backend tools. You will support various projects through Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing tasks and sprints effectively. Your contributions will directly impact our team's ability to deliver features and improvements, while maintaining clear communication and comprehensive documentation. This position requires strong collaboration skills to help resolve cross-functional issues and achieve successful project outcomes.

Accountabilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for website and backend tool functionality.
• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and major projects.
• Manage Jira tasks, backlog, and sprint organization.
• Review bugs and feature requests; assess impact, priority, and propose solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Identify process improvements and surface new ideas.
• Take detailed meeting notes and communicate effectively.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and deliver results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with SaaS applications and full-stack web development projects.
• Proven experience in technical business analysis.
• Strong understanding of QA and UAT processes.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on approach.
