Job Summary

A growing optical manufacturing and distribution company in Ocean Springs, MS is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Inventory Warehouse Associate. This position is responsible for accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Label, scan, and track products using inventory management systems
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers
• Assist with restocking and inventory replenishment
• Follow company safety policies and quality standards
• Support other warehouse duties as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or inventory experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills (inventory or shipping software experience preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
