Your Day

Your responsibilities might include:

• Landscaping and maintaining grounds using hand or power tools.
• Mulching, laying sod, removing dirt, and completing tasks like trimming, mowing, and raking lawns.
• Cutting and trimming trees and shrubs to enhance landscapes.
• Watering, feeding, digging, and planting flowers, plants, and trees.
• Caring for plants, including applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed.
• Installing irrigation and sprinkler systems for optimal plant care.
• Constructing landscape features and installing wall units.
• Performing power washing and snow removal tasks as required.
• Driving a truck and trailer to transport equipment to job sites.

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

• Possess physical strength, good hand-eye coordination, and stamina to complete tasks.
• Remain attentive and aware of your surroundings for safety.
• Communicate effectively and understand instructions in English.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Maintain and clean tools, machinery, and work areas.
• Acquire technical knowledge to operate different tools and machines.
• Lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks, including squatting and kneeling.
