As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent retail location, you will conduct regular vehicle patrols and help to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. This is a driving post that requires a valid driver's license. You will engage with visitors and staff, providing exceptional customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergency situations.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or disturbances within the premises.

+ Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security-related incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.

+ Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and assisting with security-related investigations as needed.

+ Communicate clearly with team members, management, and/or law enforcement as required during incidents or emergencies.

+ Complete required reports and documentation accurately and promptly following Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ This is primarily a driving post.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
