Job Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of the accounts payable function, including receiving, coding, and verifying invoices for multiple clients
• Set up new vendors and secure proper documentation for W-9s
• Research and resolve accounts payable discrepancies and vendor issues
• Process 3-way P.O. matching invoices and coordinate accounts payable processing
• Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and assist with reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting highly preferred
• 1-3 years of experience as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk or Bookkeeper
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Bill.com, and/or NetSuite Software preferred
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting records
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Bill.com, or NetSuite
• Interest in utilizing third-party applications to enhance efficiencies
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
