Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable, jack-of-all-trades Groundskeeper & Light Maintenance Technician to maintain our property's curb appeal and functional operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has a baseline understanding of building systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lawn & Landscape: Maintain all turf areas including mowing, precision edging, and string trimming.

Property Cleanup: Power blow parking lots, walkways, and entryways to ensure a debris-free environment.

Seasonal Maintenance: Trim trees and bushes; perform window washing and exterior glass cleaning.

Light Maintenance: Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems (e.g., clearing clogs, changing filters, replacing light fixtures).

General Support: Execute miscellaneous "handyman" tasks and property improvements as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in professional lawn care and landscape maintenance.

Basic mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting building systems.

Ability to operate power tools (mowers, blowers, trimmers) safely.

Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

Salary: Depends on experience. Must pass Background check and Drug test.
