Job Title: Call Center Representative

Jackson Hewitt Tax Service is seeking mature, retired people to work in our call center, located in Biloxi, Mississippi. You will be making outbound and taking inbound calls to our previous client base. Flexible hours, good pay, and we train.

Compensation: $12.00 per hour.

Requirements:

• You must have a good clear, friendly speaking voice on the phone and can easily adapt to changing situations with clients.
• You must be computer knowledgeable with a business background.
• This is a seasonal job, starting in November and continuing till April 15, 2024. Ideal job for retired people looking to supplement their income and not have to work the full year, or if you are an empty nester looking for something to fill your time, this would be an ideal job.
