Customer Service Event Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team for an upcoming event. This role involves engaging with event attendees, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience for all participants. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, approachable, and capable of performing light data entry tasks. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, interacting with a diverse group of people. The role is crucial in setting the tone for the event and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and informed.

What You Will Do

1. Assist in setting up the event without lifting items over 15 pounds
2. Greet customers and event attendees warmly at the venue entrance
3. Distribute informational materials to event participants as needed
4. Perform light data entry tasks to support event operations
5. Engage with attendees in a friendly and outgoing manner to enhance their experience

Your Skills

• Ability to engage with a diverse range of people in a friendly manner
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to attendees
• Basic data entry skills for recording event-related information
• Capability to assist in event setup without heavy lifting
• Outgoing personality to create a welcoming atmosphere for event goers

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
