Description
The EDR (Employee Dining Room) COOK is responsible in the preperation of the daily menu line items according to recipe specifications, manages and rotates food items on hot bar and salad bar to insure freshest quality at all times, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen by transporting food, dirty pans/dishes, and utensils on push carts.
Position Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Culinary degree preferred. 2 years in the food service industry required. Knowledge of all kitchen equipment used.
