A company is looking for a COBRA Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, compile, sort, and verify source documents to ensure accurate data entry
• Communicate with clients and participants to address inquiries regarding benefits eligibility and account status
• Log and record interactions with clients, participants, and carriers in company systems

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of clerical and administrative experience preferred
• Good knowledge of flexible spending accounts, COBRA, and health savings accounts preferred
• Basic understanding of computer programs for data entry and administrative tasks required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
