We're hiring a Trane Warehouse Associate in Gulfport, MS to help our warehouse team operate at its best. You'll work during the day (1st shift, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays) to ensure we are meeting our customers' needs. Where is the work:

• On-Site (5 days)

What you will do: 

Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation
• *Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required

What you will bring: 

· Reinforces culture HS Diploma or equivalent required

· Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift

· of safety by utilizing all appropriate resources to safely perform all function of the job

· Excellent planning and organizational skills

· Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details

· Strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite)

· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

· Strong customer service skills

· Proven team player

Compensation: 

Base Pay Range: Starts at $21/hr based on experience and will include an incentive plan.
