DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for courteously greeting and offering assistance to customers as needed. The Boutique Associate assists in the execution of merchandizing and operational functions to Company Standards within the Boutique sales floor area. Responsible for maintaining an attractive environment with great guest service skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Must have cash handling experience.

Must be able to count money and make change.

Must have excellent customer service skills.

Must be able to work required schedules which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Ability to operate a calculator, adding machine, and cash register is required.

Able to clearly present information through the spoken or written word.

Must present an overall professional appearance.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving about the departments within the store. Physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis.

Other physical demands of this job include but are not limited; sitting, bending, lifting, reaching, pulling/pushing, kneeling, squatting, and grasping.

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
