Description

The HVAC Tech performs the overall repairs of the casino and related facilities heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, in accordance with management directives. Maintains all aspects of commercial and residential HVAC units on the property. Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions, installs, replaces, or repairs damaged equipment, and calibrates thermostatic controls. Install new heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems; repair and replace damaged or worn heating. Inspects and observes pressure of liquids and vapor with HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation of units and make necessary adjustments.

Position Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent and EPA freon certification required.

Must be 21 years or older and have a Valid Driver's License.

Previous experience preferred. Ability to work with vendors to arrange warranty service for parts and services.

Responsible to performing skilled complex work in repairs, maintenance and installation within areas of heating, air conditioning and water distribution equipment and/or systems.
