THE JOB:

As a Massage Therapist, you have the chance to deliver exceptional service while also maximizing your earning potential with a commission rate of 32% plus additional service charges. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: 32% Commission + 18% service charge ($65 per 50-minute massage on average)

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
• Follow all departmental policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies
• Ensure guests are given the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques in massage modalities including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue and related body services per treatment and department protocols.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.
• Provide guests with a thorough and knowledgeable spa service.

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

• Exposure to industry-leading techniques and products.
• Work in a luxurious and vibrant spa setting within the iconic Beau Rivage resort.
