Job Title: Laborer
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE)
Location: Albany, OR
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (may start as early as 7:00 AM, with possible OT)
Status: Temp-to-Hire
Travel: Short-term periodic travel required (ride-along in company vehicle - no driving required)
Start Date: ASAP

As a Laborer, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations and contributing to high-quality project outcomes. You'll work closely with your team to deliver results that make a difference.
What You'll Do:
As a Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Dismantling boxes and components using basic hand tools.
• Keeping all screws, hardware, and components organized and together.
• Lifting up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Assisting with mechanical disassembly and component handling.
• Supporting production and assembly activities as needed.

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Familiarity with hand and power tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, crimpers, and wire cutters.
• Ability to lift and carry required weight safely.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and on ladders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
• Prior experience in vehicle mechanics, mechanical assembly, or production.
• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus.
