Step 1: Start of Employment (Transfer Agent Role)

Begin your career with our paid 2 to 4 week onboarding program during which you will:

  • Utilize our dialer to connect pre-qualified seniors with licensed agents, gaining essential real-time call experience.
  • Complete your carrier contracting and certifications.
  • Receive expert hands-on coaching from industry leaders.

Once your contracting is complete, you will smoothly transition to the next phase.

Step 2: Medicare & Senior Benefits Specialist

After onboarding, you will enter a fully active sales role where you will enjoy:

  • 100% inbound calls—no cold calling or prospect chasing.
  • A steady stream of qualified prospects provided by our in-house marketing team.
  • Live client transfers from interested individuals wanting to explore Medicare or Final Expense coverage.
  • The focus to connect, educate, and close without distractions.

We handle the marketing and lead generation—you concentrate on serving clients and achieving daily success.

Compensation & Benefits

Transfer Agent Role

Kick-start your journey with a solid foundation and guaranteed earnings during training:

  • $18/hour base pay, plus commissions per transfer.
  • Paid 2 to 4 week onboarding with live call training and actual call experience.
  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST (with occasional Saturdays).
  • Includes a 1-hour lunch break.
  • 100% Remote: Work from anywhere within the nation.
  • Receive hands-on coaching and support with clear paths for promotion into your Medicare Specialist role.

Medicare & Senior Benefits Specialist

Maximize your earning potential once you shift to active inbound sales:

  • $18-$20/hour base pay (based on experience).
  • Lucrative, performance-driven commissions.
  • Top performers consistently earn $2,000-$3,000 per week.
  • All calls are inbound—no cold calling whatsoever.
  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST (with occasional Saturdays).
  • Includes a 1-hour lunch break.
  • 100% Remote: Work from home nationwide.

Your Role as an Active Sales Agent

  • Manage qualified inbound calls (no dialing or chasing).

Qualifications We Seek

  • Active health insurance license—licensed in 7+ states is a plus.
  • 1+ year of insurance sales experience preferred (not mandatory).
  • Strong closing skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Coachable, motivated, and results-oriented individuals.
  • Tech-savvy: PC/laptop (i5+, 8GB RAM), wired internet, USB headset.
