Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will championthe organization's adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and industry best practices. Your expertise will help safeguard the company's integrity and promote a culture of compliance across all departments. Duties

Oversee and monitor the implementation of a compliance program

Revise the program per changing statutes and regulations

Review and provide input on policies and procedures that impact corporate compliance.

Develop/coordinate and participate in educational and training programs that focus on the elements of the compliance program.

Assist the Governing Body and Administration in coordination of internal compliance reviews and monitoring activities.

Prepare detailed reports for regulatory agencies, management, and auditors related to compliance status and financial disclosures.

Participate in QAPI plans to identify compliance risk areas and address any compliance issues, as appropriate.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, or related field.

Demonstrated experience in administration/management of an ambulatory surgery center.

Fundamental management skills of planning, organizing, facilitating, coordinating, collaborating, and the ability to interact and communicate effectively with organizational subordinates, peers, and superiors.

Strong computer skills including MS Office package, Excel, email, and time management software.
