This position will support the modernization and redesign of the utilization management department. Utilizes data analytics and supports a set of business initiatives designed to help extract value from information. Develops data visualizations for analysis, problemsolving, and business solutions for the utilization management team and related clinical partners. This role will lead the creation of operational dashboards in PowerBI to support data driven decision making for the business leadership team. We are looking for an experienced professional to work remotely from within the greater Baltimore metropolitan area. The incumbent will be expected to come into a CareFirst location periodically for meetings, training and/or other business-related activities.
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Experience: 3 years experience with business intelligence tools, data analytics and/or database management systems.

This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business consideration.
