Staff Accountant

Location: Miami, FL - Hybrid (3 days per week onsite required)

Green House Agency is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment. You'll work closely with the Senior Accountant and Finance team to ensure accurate financial processing while living our core values every day.Key Responsibilities

• Process all vendor bills and employee expense reports through Concur
• Process and reconcile credit card expenses using Concur and QuickBooks
• Assist the Senior Accountant with daily accounting operations and month-end activities
• Process and issue customer invoices associated with various bills and services
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper coding of all financial transactions
• Maintain organized and auditable financial records and documentation
• Support general accounting tasks as needed to ensure smooth financial operations
• Adhere to internal controls, accounting policies, and company procedures

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience
• Experience with accounts payable and expense report processing preferred
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and MS Office
• Office administration experience is a plus
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred

Position Details

• Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Benefits: Full benefits + unlimited PTO
• Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite in Miami, FL)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, regular business hours
