The Product Flow Specialist at Best Buy plays a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and integrity within the store. This position involves various inventory adjustments and the use of data collection tools to ensure effective stock management. As a Product Flow Specialist, you will perform stock counts with precision, identify shrink categories, and communicate findings effectively. By addressing and following up on replenishment issues with leadership, you will help to resolve challenges and improve processes.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Executing the inventory integrity process comprehensively
• Completing assigned daily inventory tasks with attention to detail
• Coaching team members and management about the importance of maintaining inventory integrity and addressing any identified process gaps
• Performing other duties as assigned to support overall store operations

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong team collaboration skills
• Flexible availability, including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Ability to lift or maneuver items weighing between 50 and 100 pounds, with or without accommodations

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 3 months of experience in retail, customer service, or related fields
