Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established guidelines.
• Create a welcoming and lively atmosphere by engaging verbally with all bar guests.
• Efficiently serve food and drinks to bar patrons.
• Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned.
• Prepare garnishes by slicing fruits and vegetables.
• Present checks and process payments accurately.
• Relay food orders to the kitchen using our point-of-sale system.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating bar equipment such as blenders and frozen drink machines.
• Capable of standing for the entire duration of your shift.
• Willing to immerse hands in water frequently during service.
• Able to maintain cleanliness by wiping down tables and seating areas.
• Physical ability to transport cases weighing up to 25 pounds multiple times during a shift.
• Strong reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills are a must.
