Dynamic Manufacturing Role - Urgently Hiring Press Operators in Albany, OR!
Job Title: Press Operators - Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $18-20/hour
Hours: 6AM-4:30PM Mon-Thurs to start, then transitioning to swing shift (4PM-2:30AM) after initial training
Start Date: ASAP

Join a well-established metal forging company as a Press Operator in Albany, OR, and contribute to high-quality production processes. This position offers stability, skill development, and the opportunity to develop your manufacturing expertise in a supportive team setting.
As a Press Operator, you'll:
- Operate a variety of presses, manual lathes, and related machinery to produce precision metal components.
- Use grinders, belt sanders, and disc sanders to finish parts to specifications.
- Employ precision measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and other hand tools to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist with setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting of equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to uphold safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience operating presses or similar manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery safely (training provided if needed).
- Proficiency with measuring tools for quality control.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
