Job Title: Filler Operator
Location: Cold Spring, MN
Compensation: $19.00-$21.50 per hour
Schedule: Days | 5:45am-6:00pm | rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Filler Operators for a leading beverage manufacturing company located in St. Cloud, MN. • Support new production initiatives, including technology, systems, processes, and job roles, ensuring smooth transitions and effective training
• Participate in training for new processes and equipment, including self-study
• Clean Filler/Blender machines and production lines per schedule
• Operate Filler/Blender machines and perform maintenance checks
• Complete required hourly records
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas
• Ensure proper labels, lids, and CO2 levels, taking corrective actions as needed
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisors or customers

What You Need to Bring to the Filler Operator Role:

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced production environment is preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, frequently bend and stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Familiarity with Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and customer portals
• Ability to interact effectively with employees, vendors, customers, and visitors
