Allied Universal - Up to $15.00/hour - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, associates, and customers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, receiving areas, and exterior perimeter to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other unauthorized activity.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, alarms, medical calls, and/or customer concerns, and coordinate with site leadership and local responders as needed.; Monitor access points and observe customer and associate activity, reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel while maintaining a professional presence.; Complete detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information during shift handoff to support continuity of operations.
