Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Maintains a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers; Greets Customers with eye contact and a friendly demeanor at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor; Mitigates theft and fraud by monitoring for suspicious behavior and communicating with Store Leadership; Trains and educates Associates on shortage reduction initiatives; Gathers theft indicators and contributes to reduction of operational shortage
