Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, standard business hours, up to 40 hours per week, excluding state holidays.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking an ETL Developer to support enterprise data warehouse and analytics initiatives. This role will focus on building and maintaining data integration processes that enable reliable reporting and business intelligence capabilities across the organization.
The ETL Developer will work within a cross functional technical team environment and support development, testing, deployment, and production operations of data integration workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC
• Analyze source system data and technical specifications to implement data transformation logic
• Develop and support Informatica mappings, workflows, sessions, and parameter files
• Implement data validation, transformation rules, and data quality checks
• Support loading of fact and dimension tables, including surrogate keys and historical data handling
• Perform unit testing and resolve defects related to ETL processes
• Troubleshoot ETL failures and data discrepancies in production environments
• Support deployments across DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD environments
• Tune ETL jobs for performance through SQL optimization and workflow tuning
• Maintain ETL design documentation and operational runbooks
• Collaborate with database and infrastructure teams to support data retention and dependency management
• Follow established change management, security, and release processes

• Strong hands on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or IDMC
• Solid understanding of ETL architecture and data warehousing concepts
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting production ETL environments
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross functional teams

• Experience with large scale or public sector data platforms
• Familiarity with Oracle and/or SQL Server
• Experience in regulated or compliance driven environments
• Prior experience with batch scheduling and monitoring tools

• Secured floors and badge access may be required if onsite attendance becomes necessary
