Blue Cliff College is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant/Front Desk professional. This role greets and assists visitors, employees, and students, directing them to the appropriate offices. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, taking messages, and routing calls according to campus procedures. The position also performs a variety of clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and operating standard office equipment.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 4pm - 8pm, Saturday 9am-1pm (additional hours will be available upon approval) Compensation: In the spirit of pay transparency, we can share that the pay range for this position is $15.00-$17.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
